These terms apply to every service sold by Myllam Capital Ltd. ("Myllam", "we", "us"), 7-2070 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 8P8, Canada. By paying for a service, you agree to them.
Website. A website of up to 5 pages, written and designed for your business, a Google Business Profile tune-up, and setup on a domain registered in your name. The one-time price is shown at checkout.
Care Plan. Hosting, security (SSL), backups and 2 small edits per month. Your first month is free; after that it is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
Autopilot (optional). Missed-call text-back, automatic Google review requests, customer reminders, Google listing upkeep and a monthly report. It includes the Care Plan and is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout.
We build a free preview before you pay. If you don't buy, you owe nothing and we don't publish the preview. Once you pay and your domain points to our servers, we aim to have your site live within 3 hours. Domain transfers from other providers can take longer, and some steps depend on your current provider.
A small edit is a change under 15 minutes: a photo, a price, your hours, a line of text or a new review. You get 2 per month with the Care Plan. Unused edits don't roll over. Larger work, such as new pages or redesigns, is quoted before we start.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. There is no contract: you can cancel any time before your next billing date by email or text, and you won't be charged again. Months already billed are not refunded, except under our Refund Policy.
Your domain is registered in your name. Your content (text, photos, logo) belongs to you. If you cancel, we hand over your website files and help you move your domain. Our layouts, code and tools stay ours, but you may keep using the files we hand over for your own business.
You confirm that you have the right to use any content you send us, and that the information on your website is accurate. For text messages sent through Autopilot, you agree to message only customers who contacted you or gave consent, and to honour opt-out requests, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Regulated professions (for example health) remain responsible for following their regulator's advertising rules; we will follow your instructions on wording.
When a business you refer becomes a paying client and their 30-day refund window has passed, we pay you $100 by e-Transfer or give you 6 months of Care Plan free, your choice. Self-referrals and referrals of existing clients don't qualify. We may change or end the program for future referrals at any time.
We work hard to keep your site and tools running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business results beyond our written guarantees. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; we will tell active clients about material changes by email or text at least 30 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
